5. Battery Swapping & Operational Terms

GlideGo Mobility’s battery swapping model is designed to improve convenience, reduce charging downtime, and support practical EV adoption. Users of swap services must follow all station instructions, handling rules, and operational procedures issued by GlideGo Mobility.

When using swap services, users agree to:

  • Use approved systems, compatible vehicles, and supported battery configurations only
  • Handle batteries and related equipment carefully and responsibly
  • Return any battery, pack, or equipment in acceptable condition, subject to normal wear
  • Report visible faults, damage, overheating, tampering, or safety concerns immediately
  • Follow onsite instructions from GlideGo staff, partners, or official station guidance

GlideGo Mobility reserves the right to deny or restrict battery swap access where there is evidence of misuse, unsafe handling, incompatibility, suspected tampering, payment default, or breach of these terms.

6. Pricing, Billing & Payments

Some GlideGo Mobility services may be subject to fees, subscription plans, usage-based pricing, partner billing arrangements, deposits, or other commercial terms.

  • Applicable charges will be communicated through approved pricing channels
  • Users must pay all valid fees due for the services they access or consume
  • Late, failed, or disputed payments may result in suspension or restricted access
  • Refunds, credits, or reversals are subject to applicable refund and cancellation policies
